- Building new client base in domestic as well as international markets in getting IT Projects and staff augmentation business.

- Excellent verbal, written, presentation skills, capable to give demos independently, fast learner and passion for business development, self-motivated with a result driven approach.

- Responsible to connect with CIO, CXO, CEO, Director and Head of business functions.

- Following the sales process meticulously from lead identification to contract signing.

- Will be responsible for effectively managing the team and overseeing their work.

- Coordinating and scheduling meetings internally with the team and externally with clients, prospects, and partners.

- Managing requests for proposals (RFPs) and preparing sales proposals.

- Providing regular reports to management and the sales team on sales activities and performance.

- Ensuring timely follow-ups with clients, prospects, and partners, including contract signing, pre-sales support, and statement of work (SOW), master service agreements (MSA), and non-disclosure agreements (NDA).

- Conducting research, including competitor analysis, product evaluations, and feasibility studies for our products.

- Assisting with company and product branding activities, including social media management, SEO, and online advertising campaigns.

- Collaborating internally to launch IT applications, follow up with clients/prospects, and execute contracts.

- Ensure all sales and marketing activities adhere to company standards and branding guidelines.

- Support sales and marketing efforts, including Salesforce Professional Services.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills for an impressive conversation with clients

- Extensive sales experience in managing International as well as Domestic clients

- Knowledge of IT field from operations and sales point of view.

- Knowledge of Oracle ERP, CRM, BI tools and other open-source applications

- Sales driven attitude while client interaction is required.

- Effective convincing techniques

- Time management for handling many clients at a time.

- Respectful language and politeness while pitching to clients.

- Resourceful with outstanding research skills

- Must be energetic, polite and able to adapt to a new working environment.

- High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making

Qualification:

- Any Bachelor's, master's degree, or specialization in marketing will be preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and marketing automation tools

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Experienced in Building and maintaining client relationships.

- Consistent contact with existing clients.

- Excellent communication and sales skills.

- Extensive domestic and international IT sales experience.
