The position seeks professional Business Development professionals for Identifying Prospective Partners in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan (rest of SAARC). The incumbent should be able to build a significant loyal customer base and manage relationship to exceed customer expectations.

Business Development -

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Conducting research to gather prospects data.

- Identifying the potential market for new leads generation.

- Qualification of leads.

- Making online product demonstrations to clients.

- Understanding client requirement and making proposals.

- Negotiating with clients to close the deal.

- Managing complete sale cycle from opportunity evaluation stage to successfully closing the deals.

- Identify Prospective Partners for Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan.

Required skills and experience:

- Direct sales experience in BFSI domain is mandatory

- Candidate should have worked at least in Bangladesh market for minimum 3-5 yrs. Additional experience in Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan market is desirable.

- Candidate should have extensive network/connects in the Bangladesh region with BFSI C level contacts

- Ticket size should be 1+ Cr

- Should have travelled extensively and managed Sales for Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal-Bhutan Region

- Knowledge of IT software products / solutions is must Region

- Excellent communication / presentation skills
