Qualification : MBA, B.tech, Diploma etc.

Experience: Minimum experience of 7 to 8 years in similar field.. Skills as below for both roles as per requirement. Skills: Knowledge of IT Hardware specially product like Server, Storage, Networking, Cloud Solution, Data Centre Candidate skills: Person should have Good connect with all top Channel Partners, Good Product Knowledge Communication Skills, Aggressive, Hardworking, Negotiation skill, Convincing Power Person should have attitude to grow

- Responsibilities: -Regular meeting with Channel Partners, Corporates Regular Interaction with Corporate office. team. -Need to meet with respective vendors frequently and have to maintain good relationship. Need to manage existing business and identifying new Channel Partners/Opportunities for the. organization

- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy to drive revenue growth in alignment with overall business objectives. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and strategic alliances.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to create and implement effective channel programs and initiatives. Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge, sales capabilities, and overall effectiveness.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance to identify opportunities and threats. Develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective channel partners, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of the partnership. Set and achieve revenue targets through effective negotiation and collaboration with channel partners.
