Hiring Software Professionals for a Reputed/MNC company located at Mohali.
Responsibilities :
- Generate new leads in SMB and Commercial Segment for the sales organization to pursue.
- Qualify prospects against established criteria prior to passing them to sales reps.
- Receive pre-determined target companies and locate and identify the relevant individuals by telephone, email, LinkedIn and other sources.
- Provide qualitative feedback to the marketing team on messaging, qualifiers, competitors, and other market dynamics uncovered in the course of prospecting.
- Track and manage prospecting, qualification and nurture activities in the company's Sales Force Automation platform.
- Experience in Account based marketing.
- Run email campaigns by personal and solution.
- Generate Sales Qualified Leads to be handed over to SMB team.
Requirements :
Required Qualifications and Skills :
- B-to-B experience in lead generation and selling to SaaS products is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Prior experience working in an industry with significant volume of customer/prospect interaction.
- 1 to 3 years of prospecting experience calling into senior decision makers or a recent college graduate that is ambitious, interested in a sales career with a strong desire to learn.
- Prior experience prospecting for SMB and Commercial segment for SaaS products is beneficial.
- Strong verbal and written communication. Fluent English required.
- Ability to actively listen to assess prospect needs and opportunities.
- Experience with existing and emerging social media tools to monitor targeted accounts and prospects.
Salary Offered : 10-15 LPA
