We are creating a big data platform for large companies and can talk more about the product if you're a good fit for the position.  We are looking for an extremely entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to help innovate and execute sales initiatives across the company. You’ll work among star performers in a fast-paced environment. We are highly customer-centric and we deeply believe we can innovate our way out of any box. Working in a dynamic sales environment, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and closing agreements.  Responsibilities:  - Planning personal and team goals on monthly, quarterly and annually basis.  - Maintaining relationships, and negotiating and closing deals.  - Lead generation and lead management of new and existing accounts.  - Managing and driving business growth. Build and execute a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities.  - Engaging with internal and external customers/teams to improve products and business processes.  - Building the sales team by hiring and training new recruits.  Requirements:  - At least 2 years of experience in key account management and sales, preferably at an Internet company.  - A management degree from top tier B-School.  - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.  - Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.  - Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.  - Takes initiative. Doesn't wait to be asked. Plans efficiently while avoiding analysis paralysis.  - Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.
