Key responsibilities:
- New Client Acquisition.
- Mapping Client organization and team structure.
- Presenting of credentials and leveraging the same with Client.
- Anticipating and identifying Client needs through analysis of their global operations.
- Proactive business development and sale of custom designed solutions to Clients.
- Generation of estimates and obtaining of budgetary approvals from Clients.
- Processing of POs, advances and agreements.
- Close interaction with design, planning, project management and execution teams to review delivery of services.
- Constant monitoring of delivery mechanism and initiation of recovery procedures where necessary.
- Collection and Sign Off management.
- Overall relationship management with the Client account
- Documentation and maintenance of Client archive and interaction history
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills,
- Good analytical and number crunching skills.
- High degree of process orientation to understand MNC systems and procedures.
- Industry research capabilities, to understand Clients business environment.
- A good eye for details.
- Should have working knowledge of word processor, spread sheet and presentation software.
- Dynamic, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude to work.
- Patience, high Client orientation, and business common sense
- Should have experience in event industry
