Business Development Manager - Infrastructure & Transport Segment - Ceiling Tiles

Position : Business Development Manager-Infrastructure & Transport Segment (Leading Ceiling Tiles Company)

Role:

- Incumbent will be responsible for analysing and growing business in mainly two segments Infrastructure & Transport (PAN India) based at Delhi

- Increase awareness amoung customers by carrying out promotional activities

- Expanding customer base with new Key Accounts in new territories

- Carry out market study/survey of the two fast growing sectors namely Infrastructure and Transport Business Development

- Sector wise (Infra & Transport) opportunities to be defined, and All India MIS creation will be done by incumbent

- Do Competition Benchmarking

- Do Research and Identify New Product Development opportunities

- Incumbent will identify short term and mid term roadmap and approach for this role.

Requirements :

- BE (Mech / Civil / Electrical) or equivalent PG: MBA preferred

- 10-15 yrs of experience in Institutional Sales in the Building Materials Industry or related Industry to same target segment

- Experience handling key accounts of Governments/Architects/Builders and handling projects in the industrial/ infrastructure/ transport/ healthcare/ hospitality/ Airports/ Metro stations etc. sector

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills

- Good networking skills

- Strong knowledge on subjects such as engineering drawings, project management, sustainability.
