Job Description - A leading ports & logistics company is looking to hire a business development manager (reporting to the Head of Business Development) to expand its various businesses

Client Details

The client is a leading ports and logistics company, with ~80 terminals and 50 related businesses across the globe

Description

As the Business Development Manager, the key responsibilities include -

1) Identify areas for possible business expansion across the Indian sub continent

2) Undertake due diligence to establish feasibility for expansion

3) Lead expansion activities across various business verticals (with a specific focus on expanding the logistics & ports arms of the business)

Profile -

The successful candidates must have:

1) At least 8-12 years of experience in consulting/ investment banking/ strategy

2) Proven M&A experience

3) Substantial experience in the logistics space and a solid understanding of the sector

4) An undergraduate/ Masters degree, or MBA from a Tier 1 university
