Job Description :
- Responsible to Acquire Client which involves mapping the market and negotiating different contacts in the field of HRO,payroll and HR compliance.
- Strong ability to build, nurture and grow a strong network of people and channels for lead generation.
- To Collate inputs of client specifications and presenting them to the delivery team .
- Client Relationship, Engagement and Stakeholder Management.
- To Develop business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company revenue goals and profitability.
- Business Development from new and existing clients.
- Price Negotiations and closing the deals.
- Participating in marketing meetings regarding changing attitudes of prospects and how to best reach them.
- Handling and mentoring the team.
- We have this particular opening for Bangalore and Gurgaon Location.
