Role: The applicant will be responsible for identifying and segregating potential markets and customers. He or she will be responsible for meeting clients, sensing needs (Client Need Analysis) and presenting solutions in the form of HR Anexi products. He or she will interact with the clients; create Approach Notes, Concept Notes & Proposals to achieve CLOSURE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue generation through new account acquisition.
- Responsible for mining prospective clients for products / services offered in the Industry vertical serviced.
- Achieving sales target through implementing sales process-
- Customer coverage through field visits to meet decision takers.
- Understanding customers- business needs for positioning the right services & products.
- Presenting company capabilities and Solutions/ Services of HR Anexi to HR Head, CEO & MD
- Creating Minutes of the Meeting, Approach Note, Concept note, Proposal, agreement for internal & business purposes
- Ensuring that service delivery follows the required quality standards of acquiring regular client feedback and making corrective action(with the help of delivery team)
- Deliver accurate and timely business reports by carrying out customer interactions and market analysis.
- Building Market Intelligence in terms of new customers, industrial associations, competitive activity and pricing
- Contributing to design and implementation of innovative and cost effective brand building activities
- Deliver accurate and timely business reports by carrying out customer interactions and market analysis.
- Achieve Yearly, Quarterly and Monthly Targets as assigned
- Upgrading Self with Company Products and Market Trends
- Analyzing the current account and taking steps to convert it into a Key Account
- Responsible for maintaining and developing existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimize quality of services, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and quarterly review of the same
- Attend industry specific events / seminars for business networking, industry knowledge and increasing brand awareness for HR Anexi.
Salary Offered : 5-12 LPA
