Business Development Manager - Global Accounts - Mobile Network (8-12 yrs)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a a leading mobile network operator based at New Delhi.

Job Details :

Circle : New Delhi

Grade : SM only

CTC : 17 L - 20 L ( CAN BE DISCUSSED)

Function : Business Development

Department : Global Enterprise

Reports to : Circle CSM

Experience : Result oriented sales professional 8-10 years

Education : MBA from reputed institute from reputed college in India \Abroad.

Role purpose:

1. Should be Proficient in leading a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for company.

2. Develop new business opportunities through Sell through, Sell To & Sell with by mapping partners & end customers.

3. Use Business acumen with ability to maintain and expand relationships with strategically important large customers, achieving sales quota and assigning strategic account objectives

4. Demonstrated excellence in developing new business and new client relationships by developing go-to-market solutions and preparing marketing collaterals

5. Experienced in increasing sales revenues ( new opportunities & accounts), developing profitable as well as productive business relationships, building an extensive client base; capable of accomplishing multi-fold revenue increase.

Desired Competencies/ Skills

- Highly skilled in Business Development, New account development and Relationship Management.

- Good Knowledge of Products & Competitive trends & overall understanding of telecom market. Excellent knowledge of fixed line products is a must

- Specialist in developing relationship and trust with key customer

- Managed large enterprise segment for business development in India.

- Demonstrated the ability to take proactive initiatives and strong teamwork ensuring sustainable business growth

Key performance indicators

- Deliver Product wise revenue for select account within India & global.

- Deliver Product wise Order Booking in india

- Build robust funnel
