Business Development Manager - General Staffing (4-7 yrs)

Our client is currently deploying more than 40,000 people who are helping their clients to acquire customers and grow their sales. They hire, train, deploy and own outcomes related to the sales growth/ customer acquisition targets for the clients.

Founded in 2000 by an IIM A alumnus, our client is unique in what it offers to companies, and they also offer outsourced Call Centre and staffing services in addition to the managed sales process service.

As a BD Manager - General Staffing, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering customized staffing solutions.

What you will do:

- Identifying and targeting potential clients in various industries who require both general contractual/temporary staffing services

- Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of the staffing industry and the NCR market contractual/temporary staffing services to provide valuable insights to clients

- Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs and offering tailored solutions aligned with their business goals

- Leveraging your understanding of the decision-making processes within client organizations to tailor your approach effectively

- Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and securing new business

- Providing regular market feedback and analysis to refine our staffing service offerings, ensuring we remain competitive and responsive to industry trends

What you need to have:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the staffing industry, with a focus on client acquisition, market knowledge, and contractual/temporary staffing

- Proven track record of successful client acquisition and revenue generation in both general contractual/temporary staffing

- Extensive knowledge of the NCR staffing market

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

- Familiarity with the decision-making processes within client organizations
