Responsibility may include all or few of the following:

- Handling Key Corporate/Global accounts and provide them end to end logistics services in order to maintain and run the supply chain process.

- Generate International business from new customers, Plan, prepare and meet a customer who has business from respective trade lanes or product vertical and get them on board.

- Regular client visits and relationship building activities being taken care of

- Generating new business from existing clients.

- Ensuring achievement of top line for the business by generating new customer acquisition

- Source sales leads from operations and internal departments.

- Responsible for sales, business development & Customer Interfacing at the Regional level and achievement of revenue Target. Monitoring all shipment movements i.e., inbound / outbound on all India basis closely & ensure no delays.

- Preparing and Amending SOPs as and when required & monitoring that it is being followed by various departments.

- Meeting with the clients & reviewing the performance level on monthly basis.

- Gathering feedback from the clients and suggesting changes in the existing measures to ensure better/improved client services.

- Monitor the flow of information/updates are circulated to the clients timely & on regular basis..
