Profile: Business Development Manager - ERP Sales
Location: Mumbai (Central Line)
Working days: 5 days
Shift Time: General Shift
Job Responsibilities:
1. Meet stiff Sales & collection targets for defined region as set, by exploring new ventures as individual contributor
2. Responsible for business growth of Cloud based HRMS Software.
3. Driving revenue through new client acquisitions & up-selling into existing Accounts.
4. Driving channel sales through business partners.
5. Involved in lead generation, client requirement analysis, solution proposing, negotiation & closure, product training and payment collection.
6. Screens potential business deals, identifying client needs and goals, deal requirements and financials; evaluating options; resolving & recommending the appropriate solution.
7. Would be responsible for initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers (CXOs, IT & HR Heads) in target organizations.
8. Would be responsible to work closely with marketing team and execute different mediums of brand awareness.
Desired Profile:
- Relevant experience of selling any ERP software (preferably HR software on Cloud model) to corporate / B2B to various industry verticals
- Past experience in Partner Management preferred
- Ready to travel extensively across the assigned region.
