1. To develop and implement a successful business strategy for emerging marketing which is consistent with the overall strategy and objectives.
2. Develop and implement a long term country specific strategy for the region consistent with the strategic imperatives of FMCG Industry.
3. Overall P&L responsibility for the region.
4. Sales budget - Achieving sales budget for the region.
5. Sales strategy - Devise short term and long term country specific sales strategy.
6. Maximize business by exploring new business avenues/opening up of new markets in the region/convert opportunistic market to potential markets.
