Education: Food/Pharmacist or Marketing Degree  Experience:  - 5+ years experience in the Food/DS/Pharmaceutical industry.  - In-depth knowledge of DS/Food/Pharmaceutical Development  - Experience in pharmaceutical production and or Marketing will be an asset  - Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment, international business experience is an asset  - Demonstrated communication skills, respected public speaker  - Ability to establish relationship with opinion leaders and influencers in the Pharmaceutical community.  - Ability and experience in managing projects  - Strong business acumen, analytical skills  - Potential to grow beyond current job responsibilities and roles  - Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit   - Well balanced profile   - Ready to travel on a regular basis (50+ %)  Principal Responsibilities:  - Provide in-depth analysis of market trends, competition, new product demands and products under development to uncover future business opportunities and challenges.   - Proactively identify technology trends.  - Assist to define the positioning of products, technologies and services.  - Secure and expand organization's scientific image among the DS community by networking with opinion leaders and influencers.  - Propose new services and technologies which will create strategic advantage vs our competition.  - Work closely with regional business leaders in order to define effective plans to secure growth for organization.  - Together with regional leadership teams, define regional strategies and plans to implement global strategic imperatives for the DS segment.  - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at customers, during personal visits make appropriate presentations to sell organization's products, technologies and services using the tools available.  - Identify and propose lead users to test organization's new capabilities.  - Provides timely customer support with the help of internal or external resources in order to direct and speed up the development of customer products applying organization's products, technologies and services.  - Manage assigned projects in close cooperation with internal and external resources.  - Make presentations at selected scientific events to support our scientific image or to promote organization's capabilities.  - Establish and maintain effective network relations with Pfizer organizations and colleagues on a regional basis.
