- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pune. - The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business growth opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients. - The day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, meeting or exceeding sales targets, generating leads, and managing the sales process. - Qualifications Should have completed MBA in Finance. Should be from Accounting, Finance or Banking Domain only. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Proven track record in sales and business development Knowledge of market research, lead generation, and prospecting - Experience in B2B sales and working with C-level executives Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with clients - Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and projects - Minimum of a degree in business, marketing, or a related field Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
