Reporting to : Managing Director ( India and Europe).

Job Description :
- The Key purpose of this position is to develop business in India according to the company strategy.
- The person should work within the objectives of scaling up the business size and over all profitability.
- He will implement short and long term strategies of the organization for enhancement of customer value and growth of the organization. These actions will include business development with new clients and increasing sales with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Business development in India :
- Identify sales opportunities.
- Engage in high level discussions with potential clients to concept sell the value proposition of GEO in India.
- Develop detailed proposals for sales of products and services
- Negotiate and Deal Close
- Understand client requirements and develop products and services package as per requirements.
- Billing and receivables control.
- Guarantee customers- satisfaction.
Contribute to Business Development in other countries ( not a priority at this stage, priority is India)
- Identify Sales opportunities out of India
- Cooperate with other parts of the company out of India in order to develop the business in India and in other countries.
Work experience : Should have 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- In depth understanding of Civil construction and at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the area of special foundations, preferably in commercial department.
Skills :
- Good sales skills and already established commercial contracts with foundation contractors in India
- Should possess a dynamic personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen to be able to manage diverse constituencies tactfully and effectively.
- A result oriented person with problem solving and decision making skills.
- Good leadership and management skills.
Education Qualification : Civil Engineer preferably in Special Foundations Field
