Good understanding of Capital market - Equity,Debt, fund management.
Ability to interact with CXO or Business heads in the corporates
- Identifying and understanding client requirement and thereby engaging in concept selling
- Meeting and building relationships / networking with senior level management of clients - PAN India
- Business development through acquisition of new clients - National Clients
- Pipeline Building: Enabling the team to build a robust and continuous Pipe-line and progress on the same to be tracked & discussed with top management
- Playing a key role in ensuring that client portfolios in terms of risks and returns are tracked actively
- Working closely with the top management in strategy formulation to ensure achievement of team target & Vision
- Should be open for frequent travel.
