I am looking for Business Development Manager with minimum 3 years of experience in value added Call Center BPO sales at Mumbai.

Summary:

This position is responsible for managing and identifying the business development opportunities, including identifying areas of sales growth and profit enhancement over the short, medium and long-term. Plans and recommends business and marketing strategies to achieve maximum penetration consistent with company objectives and contributes to the company’s strategic growth planning.

Functions and Responsibilities:

Responsible for generating revenue, prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing global call center services to new clients in the following types of sectors:

- Inbound Customer Care

- Outbound Collections

- Outbound sales

- Inbound sales

- Helpdesk Services

- Outbound Lead Generation

- Automated Messaging

- Polling and Surveys

- Telemarketing and Fundraising Campaigns

- Public Service Announcements

- Customized Applications

- Web Services

- Payment Processing

- Experience selling to fortune 500, small as well as Mid-size businesses

- Technology and Software Development solutions

- Back Office Data entry and Transaction processing queues

- Transcription Services

Requirements:

- Must have proven strong skills and experience in selling call center services for at least 3 years.

- A proven track record of selling services listed above.

- Able to think strategically and understand complexities of global call center and back office operations and pricing.

- Able to manage and facilitate complex working relationships across multiple functions/locations.

- Highly motivated individual with a track record of excellence in internal/external customer interaction and impeccable attention to detail.

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage a team of lead generation executives to achieve designated goals

- Ability to develop web based as well as marketing and sales content

- Candidate must be a proven self-motivated, energetic and out-going sales ‘hunter’. Candidate needs to bring an extensive ‘rolodex’ of business contacts. Candidate will then utilize those business contacts (while building and cultivating this customer base) in order to sell them one or more of our clients’ innovative services.

Education and/or Experience:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in value added Call Center BPO sales with proven track record in meeting sales and revenue targets (required)

Language Skills:

- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations, to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals, and to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.

Reasoning Ability:

- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions, interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer / Technical Skills:

- Experience using MS Office with excellent ppt (making and presenting) skills(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, etc.)
