- Looking to hire a Business Development Manager with 10 -15yrs of experience.
- Should have experience of working in IT service companies and have a fair knowledge about Hyderabad market and able to bring in a penetration strategy.
- Should have 5-7 years of relevant experience in hunting new logos from Banking Captives / - Global In-house Centers (GICs)- for the BFSI vertical
- Should be responsible for building a sales pipeline by taking Organization's value proposition and closure of the same
- Well versed in Client relationship management - building and managing relationships with client personnel at various levels
- Be able to engage in proactive sales activities to convert suspects to prospects and further to proposals.
- Should be establishing and executing New Business strategy with clear mapping to customer priorities and competitive landscape
- Should be executing sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals also meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets
- Should be experience in selling to C level and have a track record of delivering against revenue targets.
