Position Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in introducing and selling innovative background verification software. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how BGV Product can enhance their BGV processes. We are looking for someone who is not only sales-oriented but also tech-savvy and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit to help us expand our market presence.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients, including businesses and organizations seeking background verification solutions.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of BGV Product features, benefits, and applications.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase how BGV Product can meet their specific BGV needs.

- Build and manage a sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials, proposals, and presentations.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their evolving requirements and providing ongoing support.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position BGV Product in the market.

- Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on client needs and market demands.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the BGV industry.

- Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of technology-driven products.

- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for contributing to the growth and success of a startup.
