- We are hiring a Business Development Manager for an online M&A & Private Equity platform which facilitates buy-side, sell-side, fundraising counterparties for SME's.
- Being technology driven organisation this is 15-20 people company based in Pune.
- Budget for this position will be based on relevant experience, current CTC & market standards but not exceeding 7-8 LPA fixed pay plus attractive incentives/variable pay CTC above 10 lacs
- Must have 2-5 yrs. of experience in B2B sales for services, preferably financial services
- Over 700+ registered Investment Bankers, 400+ Investors, 1500+ Corporates and deals worth over Rs. 12,000 crores

Job Location - Pune
Responsibilities:
- Generate a Business Sales Funnel for SME's strategic organic & inorganic growth requirements
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present our services
- Ability to find counter parties (domestic & International) such as VCs/PEs,Family offices, HNIs, Large Corporates for the deals listed on our portal based on multiple criteria
- Preparing presentations, proposals, quotes
- Deal closures with data sets
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to up- sell, cross-sell, address concerns and nurture the relationship
- Ready to work in an energetic startup environment
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's/PG degree (commerce preferred)
- 2-5 yrs. of experience in B2B sales for services, preferably financial services
- Identifying and connecting with key decision makers at CEO's/Founders/CFO's
- Experience in account/client management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to build relationships and close deals
