We have an urgent requirement with our client which is a path-breaking startup in the Fintech Space that has raised $3 Million in Series A round. They just turned 1. The company offers a unique investment option of leasing assets to some of India's most disruptive businesses. Experience in selling Financial products to corporates. KRAs : - Pitching the deal structures to CXO's of partners - Management of the funnel of leads for new partners - Relationship management for the existing clients and increasing exposure (upsell) - Responsible for preliminary screening of proposals - Coordinate with Analytics for detailed structuring - Analytical evaluation of opportunities shown to the BD Team which involves in-depth modelling for transaction - Negotiation and closures for land possession - Coordination with finance and other teams for deal evaluation and closure process (Funding / investments for approved development projects) - Support due diligence (technical, corporate, financial, legal, title, and regulatory) - To analyze industry prospects by gathering information about growth, competitors, and market share possibilities Candidate Profile : Experience : 4-7 years of experience in a client facing role - Knowledge of basic financial metrics and financial modeling - Experience in relationship management with CXO's of a company - Ability to understand different business models and ability to find a quick solution for clients problems - Understanding of financial markets , loan structures and other financial B2B products - Experience in corporate leasing/ corporate loan is a plus - Accountability & Decision making - You accept responsibility for your own actions and decisions and demonstrate commitment to accomplishing work in an ethical, compliant, and efficient manner for the benefit of your clients and the company - Expertise & Learning Agility - You are open to new ways of thinking and committed to acquiring new skills to retain a competitive advantage - You can work in a dynamic, and unstructured environment because you are a self-starter who is eager to learn, grow and build something great together - You employ a thoughtful process of analyzing data and problem solving to reach well-reasoned solutions - You are conscientious with the consistency and quality of deliverables.
