BDM ( Sales Specifier - B2B ) - MNC Lifestyle Sanitaryware Product Line
Job Role:
- To achieve sales volume and connection targets.
- To achieve sales volume by coordinating with specifies ( Architects / Interior Designers/ Project Management Consultants ) and get approval for upcoming projects.
- Identifying new areas for business growth and establishing of channel partners resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
- Implementing sales promotional activities, promoting the brand through Architects, Interior Contractors
- Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
- Responsible for taking care of all up coming projects in assigned areas by contacting the top builders and architects.
- To attend to all customer complaints, solve them with help from product managers on priority and communicate the same to management
Candidate Requirement :
Qualification: Graduate or MBA or BE / B.Tech .
Experience in Project Sales / Institutional Sales / key Accounts Management in Building Material Industry - Required.
