Business development manager (B2B sales exp in banking/Insurance)
- To identify potential clients, respective decision makers and further establish initial contact by calling and emailing them
- Introduction of Business and Services offered, send submissions through mails and build relationship with prospects.
- Maintain effective knowledge of Business, products and services (credit reporting, debt collection) to convert the prospect into clients.
- Analyze international market and develop strategies to tap further International Market
- Keep pace in developments and changes within international market for better understanding of clients needs
- Analyze the requirements of International prospects and develop strategies accordingly.
- Using Knowledge of market and competitors, identify and develop Unique Selling Propositions and differentiations
Skill Required:
- Candidate should have experience of B2B sales in insurance or banking sector.
- Graduate in any discipline, MBA/ PGDBA preferred.
- Min 5 -7 years of proven track record and experience in Inside Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Should have experience working in a global virtual environment and should have experience in working with International clients.
- Experience with outbound International BPO would be an added advantage.
