Business Development Manager
This is a very unique role as the team member could be working with a leading Automobile Manufacturer, an FMCG major, a Telecom Giant and a Banking Leader, all at the same time. The role requires the team member apply the best of Marketing Skills to run great campaigns. We want a team member who loves the Sales process and is also deeply excited about running great promotional campaigns
Responsibilities :
- Identifying opportunities for new business development in the BFSI vertical through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
- Sign off on personal and team targets
- Create a funnel of potential clients
- Develop new relationships to grow business
- Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
