Business Development Leader - Property Management/Asset Management Firm

Hiring Property Management/ Asset Business Development Leader with Australia based RE client

Preferred from IPC- Cushman/ Colliers/DTZ/IPC

1. Experience - 8-12 years in Business Development/ Property Management/Facility Management/Asset Management

2. Lead Business Development activities, third party Asset Management (AM), Property Management (PM) and Facility Management (FM) for Commercial properties.

3. Generation of new sales /business/contracts for AM/PM/FM Services in various ways.

4. Business development will be key responsibility- lead generation, negotiation, presentation.

5.Responsible for building new key customer relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities

6. To accelerate the AM/PM/IFM business growth in India
