The Business Development Leader's main responsibility will be to ensure revenue growth through new client acquisition and client development. As a Business Development Head - US Staffing and Recruitment, he/she must have strong experience in adding new US Direct Clients for Recruiting and Staffing. A good indicator of such a person is someone who has been in the US or frequently visited clients in the US in previous assignments.
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Formulates and executes BD Strategy and market positioning.
2. Set up from scratch a high functioning BD Organization including people processes and technologies.
3. Guide and train the BD team
4. Engages and motivates the BD team
5. Brings a strong existing client portfolio to organisation.
6. Owns and cultivates CXO level connects across all relationships
7. Becomes the champion of client.
Experience : At least 10-15 years of relevant experience.
