Candidates from Consulting / Healthcare/Pharma/Biotech/Insurance Only  Lead generation :  - Develop, maintain and move clients in the healthy sales pipeline in-line with the company business objectives  - Ensure all data is captured, tracked and qualified leads are entered into the CRM leads management system  Sales conversions and pilot implementation :  - Participate in developing the strategic objectives and goals for the regional market  - Devise strategies for implementation and execution of sales objectives for the regional market utilizing scalable technology and minimal workforce  - Create & articulate compelling value proposition for customers  - Develop engaging pitches that impact customer adoption and build champions within the region  - Design, pitch and execute pilots at hospitals with the overall sales objectives in mind  - Maintain an accurate forecast and develop timely business reports for review  - Develop pilot reports and business plans for sales negotiations  - Develop case studies, identify key opinion leaders within the region and develop relationships with them  - Ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts  - Comfortable with traveling in assigned region and across India as required  Requirements :   - At least 5 years of business development, consulting, sales and marketing experience. Experience within the healthcare sector will be a bonus  - A good understanding of the healthcare market, challenges, growth prospects and healthcare delivery operations  - Process driven individual with experience in development and management of sales pipeline with proficiency in CRM software  - Strong customer & contact network with healthcare delivery vehicles in the region  - Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Must be able to pitch the business to customers. Local languages are a plus.  - Analytic and strategic slant to sales and business development is essential  - Proficiency in Office 365 and developing and delivering client PPTs involving pilot reports and business plans
