- Minimum 3 years experience of business development experience in Software service industry

- Ability to drive sales targets independently

- Explore international market, identify potential clients for Web Designing / Web Development / Mobile Application Development projects

- Generating new business from bidding portals like Elance & Odesk etc

- Proposal writing, follow up & requirement gathering

- Must have excellent communication skills

- Knowledge of Email Marketing campaign, Lead Generation

- Understanding of software development is added advantage
