Business Development Head - FMCG

Job Description :

- Experience in working with FMCG Company with minimum turnover to be handles 1000 crore

- Reporting to the CBO of the business

- Ability to scale up the business and build a strong sales business for their category

60%marketing and 40% sales experience

- Work closely with internal stake holders and ability and motivate large teams

- Strong GT experience and hands-on in building channels

- Work with multiple product categories

- Worked on GTM strategy and growth plans

- Ability to strategise long term GTM plans

- Customer marketing experience in past an added advantage

- Experience 12-20 years
