One of the leader of Logistics Solutions looking for Business development Head ( Contract Logistics / 3PL / Warehouse business) for (West Zone) at Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
- Holds direct P&L responsibility for all Company activities at a Regional level.
- Develop revenue road maps and GTM strategies for the regions.
- Manage teams to achieve the budgeted revenue plans across the region Accountable to manage, develop and expand the techtrucking business.
- Lead projects and Strategic business initiatives across Verticals.
- Help and Manage solutions teams in ideating and building solutions that would encompass Warehousing transformation, Lead-time reduction, Network design and Cost optimization.
- Lead in performance improvement engagements and strategic customer interfaces with top revenue customers.
- Provide leadership in the areas of communication and sponsorship to ensure a high morale and high level of motivation is maintained at all times.
- Ensure that appropriate operational, commercial and financial KPIs are employed across the business to provide timely effective reporting to support day-to-day.
- Stakeholder Management.

- Manage the improvement of Customer Satisfaction over time.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Expected years of experience : 8/10 years experience in General Management of large and complex service related businesses, preferably in the Logistics Industry and/or with MNCs in an administrative and support role.
- Educational Qualifications : Degree in Business (or equivalent) Management Graduation
