Business Development Head - B2B Sales - Lighting Design Business

Lighting design head (called BD head) for B2B lighting, based out of Mumbai

Role description :

- Handle team of 15+ lighting design (BD) executives placed at branches across India

- Reporting into B2B sales head

Responsible for :

- Providing on-ground lighting design support

- Managing specifiers/ influencers

Key Activities :

 On-ground design support, managing specifiers/ influencers & develop impactful team

On-ground design support : Lead team of lighting design (BD) executives in providing lighting designs support to sales team in branches

 Influencer/ specifier management : Working with influencers like architects, lighting design consultants etc, deepen current network, expand to newer influencers

- Develop impactful BD team: Build, manage and develop team that is high performing, self-motivated team

- Cross-functional collaboration

- Interact with the TMs/ KAMs to understand the market requirements and accompany them to discussions with layout requirements

- Coordinate with marketing/ product team to stay updated on new design layouts, specifications or achievements
