Business Development and Growth of BBPS - Biller Acquisition , Business Development and growth of BBPS. - Good understanding of Payment Products and business: Bill Payments, Wallet, UPI & Credit card. - Sound knowledge of Advanced MS tools; Excel, PowerPoint etc. - Experience on Biller management, On-boarding Billers & Agent Institution. - Good understanding of Digital business, Bill Payment collections, Third party & aggregation, PG Business. - New Acquisition & relationship building. - MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 5-7 years of experience. - Relevant Experience in BBPS should be 2-4 years. - High degree of passion and self-belief. - Collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company. - Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self-starter. - Open to travel across PAN India (~60% of the time). Should possess the below skill sets: - Stakeholder Management. - Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills. - Analytical & Problem-Solving skills.
