Job description
Desired Skills of the Candidate:
- Regularly calling on prospective clients at client locations to obtain and/or close agreements for services.
- Regularly calling on existing clients to identify new hiring managers at client locations to obtain and/or close agreements for services.
- Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually.
- Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal teams.
- Develop draft proposals based on team meetings and discussions.
- Maintain the Business Development database.
- Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market.
- Understands clients' needs.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and client.
- Maintain and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly report with details of business development activities.
Desired Skills and Experience
Designation: Business Development Executive (IT/Non IT).
Experience: 2 - 5 yrs.
Location: INDIARA NAGAR Bangalore.
