Job Profile: Business Development Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire gamut of lead management, sales and business development for the region
- Client acquisition campaigns and lead generation to build Housing as a flagship brand for Property Services in the respective region
- Responsible service delivery ensuring client retention and reference
- Provide the market intelligence, data analytics and insights for the marketing team to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives
- Will be responsible for achieving targets in the designated areas
- Developing and maintaining of database & regular reporting &follow-ups
- Should have knowledge of MS office (word and excel) and should know how to use Internet
- Mapping of new projects and new builders in designated territories, acquisition of new projects and new builders to ensure coverage across designated territory.
- Relationship Management with existing clients to ensure 100% coverage of new projects launched by them.
- Achieving revenue and coverage targets.
- Strong execution skills.
- He might be on occasions required to report to City Sales Head or RBM

Key Specifications:
Qualification: MBA preferred from good B Schools/Institutes
Experience: minimum 1 year of Experience in FOS Sales. Need to have great spoken communication skills & a zeal for business development.
- Knowledge & inclination of sales and marketing is a must.
Required Skills :
- Good communication, self-motivated, presentable and good negotiation skills.
- Candidates MUST have their own conveyance - Preferred, travel allowance would be given though.
