Business Development Executive - Industry Solutions - BFSI

Position Title : Industry solutions Business Dev Exec BFSI

Location : Delhi

Reporting to : VP & Industry Leader

Job Description :

- This position will be part of the senior leadership within the Business Development organization for India.

- There are two essential dimensions to this:

a) Industry

b) Growth Initiatives

- The industry focus covers Banking, Telecom, Industrial and Government

- The Growth initiatives are centered on Smarter Analytics, Smarter Commerce, Smarter Cities and Smart Cloud.

- This team works across all Brands and is shifting focus from traditional to new growth areas.

Introduction :

- Industry and Value creation team functions as a S and D extension with the objective of creating solution mindset and cross brand plays across strategic client set in BFSI and hence really focuses on bring capabilities and solutions for enhancing high value plays in our client set .

- Largely responsible for creating cross brand plays across for GBS /SWG/ ITS and measured by revenue, signings

Role :

- Be the thought leader & SME across the banking & financial services Industry & act as a change agent in articulating solution and transformation capability in the key areas of Analytics, front office transformations, digital banking, payment transformation, risk management etc.

- The individual will lead the business development efforts in a key set of strategic client set called focus accounts & be responsible for creation, identification & qualification of pipe line & position the right set of cross brand solutions from the global /local repository and help brands close these opportunities .

- He/She will also collaborate extensively with ecosystem to develop validated POV on these solution capabilities and share with internal stakeholders and clients as appropriate

Skills : Qualification & Experience Required :

- Preferably engineer MBA, with at least 12 + yrs experience in the BFSI Industry out of which at least 10 yrs should have been in designing and selling banking solutions to key banks in Public & Pvt sector.

- Should have extensive background in digital banking or analytics or risk management frame work, or Core banking transformation, managed analytics,

- Payment solutions etc,.Experience in delivering solutions around Flex cube, Finacle, SAS analytics, FICO etc would be an added advantage
