Director of Business Development in a professional services firm, such as a Chartered Accountants (CA)/ Law Firm/ Big4/ B2B sales (dealing with CXO level) etc., is responsible for driving business growth, expanding the client base, and maximizing revenue opportunities. This role involves developing and executing effective strategies to attract new clients, nurture existing client relationships, and promote the firm's services.

Services to Market :

India Entry Strategy, Audit & Assurance, Governance Risk & Compliances, Tax & Regulatory, Business Advisory and Business Support Services etc.

Territory :

Domestic (North and West India) and International (North America & Europe)

Education qualification :

MBA (Sales, Marketing & Finance) preferably from leading MBA institution.

Scope of work :

The role involves following work.

- Head Companies Growth plan by acquiring new clients.

- Responsible for- attracting, developing, and closing new business- relationships.

- Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships

- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics

- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company

- Following up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure deal closure.

- Building & maintaining fruitful long-term relationships with new and existing customers

- Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people.

- Monitor and analyze key business development metrics, such as revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition.

- Identify and pursue new business partnerships, alliances, and collaborations to enhance the company's offerings and market presence

- To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan for accounts handled.

Prior experience :

- 5-7 years & above experience in selling B2B services preferably in Consulting/ Professional Services Firm Like- Chartered Accountancy, Law Firm etc.

- Successful track record in B2B sales & Negotiation.

- Experience in Sales techniques.

- Good Business Negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- Ability to deliver presentations effectively.

- Excellent Verbal & written communication skills.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities within a fast paced business environment.
