Business Development - Corporate Trust Services

Key Aspects of the job: the Job will include the following:

Business Development

- Interacting and developing existing & potential clients for all existing service offerings of Trust Company (i.e. Providing Trusteeship services for Debentures, Consortium Lending, Securitisation, Private Equity & Venture Capital Funds,

- Pitching the service offerings to Banks / FIs / Arrangers / Law Firms

- Cross Selling Company’s Services with other departments like Advisory, Project Finance and Debt Syndication

- Cross Selling Services with other Group companies

- Product Structuring – Customizing Product offerings to meet client requirements

- Overlooking execution of mandate

- Preparation of internal approval documents

- Interacting with Legal Team for preparation & execution of documents

- Co-coordinating with Operations Team for ongoing servicing of the client

- Co-coordinating with Accounts Team for billing and collections of receivables

- Management of allocated Product portfolio

- Relationship Management

- House Keeping (overlooking)

- Receivable Management (overlooking)
