Job Title: Consultant - Business Development

Work Days: Monday- Friday Work Location: Bangalore

Work Hours: 9:00 am-6:30 pm Salary: Negotiable

Job Details

- New client acquisition and Key account mining

- Responsible for the P&L of the respective sectors

- To identify solutions to business problems and streamlines processes

- To invest in knowledge management of various industries and have an in-depth understanding of verticals handled through various networking forums.

- Stay abreast of competition, industry practices and opportunities in recruitment business

- Get engaged in social media activities to attract clients and opportunities in recruitment business

- Providing insight, market intelligence and counsel regarding industry verticals to team members

- Grooming and building a robust delivery team which should results into profitable team of organization

- Prepare and monitor progress on business plan and any other duty as assigned by the reporting manager
