In India we specialize in recruitment at mid to senior level in 4 disciplines- Financial Services, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounts and Human Resources.

- Currently we have two offices in India- Gurgaon and Mumbai.

- To support our growth plans in India we are looking at hiring a young, dynamic individual for our Mumbai office.

- While in a typical consulting profile you consult and exit, here you are responsible for a strong delivery in terms of finding the right talent and negotiating.

As a Recruitment consultant your responsibilities would include :

- Maintaining a portfolio of clients

- Maintaining a portfolio of candidates

- Pitch new business to clients and understand their business needs

- Relationship Management

- Product and Market Knowledge

As an ideal candidate, you would have :

- MBA/Post graduate degree with 2-5 years of work experience in a client facing role

- You are persistent, resilient, have excellent communication skills, an amicable personality
