It has a team of over 1800 certified and experienced real estate professionals who operate across all major Indian (Mumbai, Navi Mumbai , Pune , Ahmedabad , NCR - Delhi , Gurugram , Noida , Chennai , Bangalore , Hyderabad , Kolkata , Lucknow) and Middle East markets.
The Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving growth for the company. They will work closely with the Sales, Marketing & Strategy teams to develop and execute business plans. This is a revenue generating (P&L) role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and lead generation activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the home interiors industry - including developers & channel partners.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute strategic business plan.
- Give periodic inputs to management incorporating industry trends & best practices.
- Create and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners.
- Track business development activities and maintain a record of results.
- Manage and achieve revenue targets from the given market.
Skills Required:
- 6-10 years of experience in business development or sales within the real estate or home interiors industry.
- Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and closing deals. Must have achieved/ exceeded business targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the real estate and home interiors industry and micro market trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualification: MBA in Marketing or a related field
- Experience: 6 to 10 years
