Title: Business Development Associate (BDA) - EdTech Company
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education technology sector
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential clients
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
- Build and maintain strong relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solutions and proposals for clients
- Negotiate terms and contracts to secure new partnerships and drive revenue growth
- Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education technology industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Passion for education and technology innovation
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- 1 yr experience in edtech company is mandatory or apartment sales
Location Bangalore , Mumbai, Pan India
Salary up to 9 Lpa fixed.
