Roles and Responsibilities:

- Business development work which would involve researching real estate strategies, preparation of pitch books, PPM, etc.

- Working closely with CEO and prepare marketing materials for new fundraise.

- Analysis and understanding of historical data to identify new business opportunities. investment opportunities evaluation in various sections of Indian real estate.

- Responsible for the management of one or more of the underlying real estate investments;

- Responsible for all aspects of asset management including preparing business plans, tracking day-to-day developments/progress, protecting contractual rights, and monetization;

- Keeping track of contractual rights, reviewing investment documents, MIS statements/reports, and financial statements;

- Assisting in fund reporting, undertaking valuations, and financial analysis.

- Handling relationships with joint venture partners.

- Monitoring industry trends, micro-markets, real estate segments;

Qualifications And Skills:

- Postgraduate CA/MBA (from top-tier colleges).

- 2-4 yrs of post-qualification industry experience in India with a top-tier firm.

- Articulate with good communication and drafting skills and highly effective in English.

- Should have a long-term approach to a business career.
