Looking for leading Asset Reconstruction Company in Mumbai for the role of Business development /Acquisition role.

Business Development and Acquisition:

- Identification & Origination of stressed assets with Bank/FIs and evaluating opportunities for debt buy-outs.

- Acquisition Process - Due diligence, credit analysis & valuation, industry analysis, vetting of financial models, negotiation with promoters, banks & consultants, structuring, documentation and deal execution

- Effectively managed RBI compliance, internal and statutory audit.

- Looking for candidates who has 4 8 years of experience in Stressed assets, NPAs, Bad loans etc
