Job Description - Business Development Specialist
- Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Generate good high value qualified leads every month.
- Build and nurture prospect relationships with key decision makers by initiating communications and conducting follow-up qualification in order to move opportunities into the sales funnel.
- Managing the sales pipeline.
- Proactively identify new market opportunities.
- 2+ years' of B2B sales or account management experience in the IT Industry.
- Good communication skills - verbal and written.
- Must Have Traits - Self starter and a good team player with penchant for learning and experimenting.
- Bonus Points - Prior sales experience in IT staffing industry.
