Job Description:

- Assist Client Services Senior Business Analyst/Supervisor with the day to day task

- Field on-going client inquiries and requests regarding portfolio information, compliance information, fund information etc.

- Review and respond to monthly, quarterly, and/or annual subadvised client.

- Compliance requests/Certifications.

- Complete/review RFIs, RFPs, custom reports and compliance reports for Mutual Fund, FTVIPT & Sub Advised clients.

- Preparation and submission of responses to clients regarding Due Diligence Questionnaire, Portfolio Manager Commentaries, Product Profiles, Attributions and Performance Summaries etc.

- Actively perform Client Certifications function on a monthly & Quarterly basis with accuracy.

- Work closely with Client Services Supervisor/Manager in coordinating and participating at Compliance/Operations meetings (usually at Franklin Templeton sites or via teleconference).

- Should understand the nuances of various client requirements like separate account clients.

- Understand and implement quality work at all times and at every step of deliverables.

- Business Analyst will have accountability on deliverables to Institutional clients and Client Certifications.

- Should be pro-active in escalating issues/concerns/delayment to Supervisor/Manager, with regard to deliverables and is expected to be vocal at all times.

- Research and document business issues involving workflow procedures and processes.

- Gather business information to be used in problem identification and remediation.

- Analyze data and develop solutions

- Assist in developing user test plans and testing to validate system enhancements and other business requirement documents and specifications

Knowledge, Education, And Experience:

- Bachelor's/PG Degree in Commerce/Business Administration/related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- 5+ years experience in mutual fund industry - preferably with strong knowledge in the investments and operations.
