Business Cum Financial Analyst - Hospitality

- Responsible for Financials & Operations Analysis of Healthcare and other business.

- Responsible for developing Business Models/ Project report for new Businesses/ventures.

- Working knowledge on Dashboards , BI tools etc.

- Hands on experience in MS Office suite (Excel , PPT , WORD)

Experience : 6 years + , preferably in healthcare industry

Education : MBA in Finance , Operations or CA/CMA

Design, development, and management of MIS infrastructure

- Analyzing and processing large scale information

- Generating business knowledge reports

- Generating daily, weekly, monthly and half yearly also yearly reports

- Managing technical aspects of data evaluation

- Defining MIS requirements and needs

- Identification of risks and opportunities and strengthening IT Data Security Infrastructure Evaluating and Improve Information Processes as needed

- Performing routine Data Checks

- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

- Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.

- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

- Collect, extract data related to the financial reports.

- Data creation/consolidation for reporting.

- Extract notes to the financial statements and ratios required by Regulator.

- Prepares at capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

- Provide support to management team with regard to performance management and employee relations matters

- Management and administration of employee benefits/time and attendance/company sickness etc

- Making dashboard according senior manager and also present with senior officer

- Making visualization report

- Track new hire paperwork for all employees.

Salary 1500 usd to 2000 usd tax free + HRA + local travel, mobile, medical allowance + annual coming to India travel ticket
