Business Controller - Mining

Position : Business Controller

Client: Fastest growing Group in South East Asia Region

Location: Hanoi, Vietnam

Scope & Responsiblities :

- Key Finance role

- Manage Accounting and Finance teams

- Business Control, Monthly budgets, Contracts, Quarterly Forecasts, Tax, Costing, MIS

- Work with Operations Head and finance team preparing and developing Financial Budget, Forecasts, analysis and strategies

Requirement :

- CA / ICWA with post qualification experience of 5 - 8 years in core Accounting and Finance function required

- Mining industry experience is a must

- Ability to build, train and manage teams required

- Experience working in multi-national companies

- Experience working in a matrix organization
